1 cup butter
1  3oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange rind
2-1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Makes 6 - 7 dozen cookies.

1. Cream the butter and cream cheese.
2. Add sugar gradually. Cream well.
3. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and orange rind.
4. Sift flour with salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture.
5. Form cookies with a cookie press.
6. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
