With white glue, I lightly glued the first layer of batting onto the cardboard.

Then I stacked the other two layers of batting on top of the first.

I used some polyester batting that I had on hand. You may prefer to use an all cotton Warm and Natural batting or some wool felt instead.

Use as many layers of batting as you like, depending on how fluffy you want your finished piece to be.
