These days, needlerolls are primarily used as beautiful, decorative objects.
Their more traditional use is to keep your work-in-progress free from creases at the end of a stitching session by rolling your embroidery around the needleroll before storing it in your workbasket. Many thanks to Judith Romijn who made this needleroll, took photos of the process, and allowed the photos to be shared on my website. Instructions presented are by Judith and Cameo.
