I'm part of a group at church called MOMS: Ministry of Mothers Sharing. In that group, we have special gifts for each new participant each week. On one of the weeks, we give a gift of butterflies. I decided to do something extra special, so I designed these nine butterfly pins, and stitched one for each member of the group.

The butterflies each have a different pattern on their wings, but each is stitched with the same colors of threads. This represents that while each of us MOMS is an individual, we all have similar threads of life experience which we share when we gather together.
