Tiny Trimmings

Our charity group will be sending Christmas ornaments to The Busy Needle for their annual Diabetes Tree this year.

I decided I wanted to make a complete set of ornaments, so dug through my stash and found this excellent leaflet by Heart in Hand.

I wanted them all to match so that, if they so choose, the folks at Busy Needle can offer them for sale as a set. I tea dyed the fabric for these ornaments so they'd have an old timey look. I found a classic Christmas plaid to use for the body of the ornaments. I decided to finish them as little pillow ornaments with the stitchery appliqued to the front and fringed.
