I wish I had a bit more information about this design. I found the chart online on a French blog which I don't have the name of. But you can find it here: Pattern

The original pattern was made up into a pinkeep. I like the simplicity of the design, so decided to use it for another small bookmark.

I chose these colors:
DMC 320     Green
DMC 209     Medium Lilac
DMC 210     Light Lilac

I'll likely be donating this to charity later in the year.
