Here's another piece I stitched as a quilt square for a charity quilt. It is a companion to Georgie, which I stitched in January, and is intended for the same flower-themed quilt.

Most of this is stitched in cotton floss, but the blue which outlines the petals and stem is a sparkley metallic.

I love the bright colors and the painted texture of these flowers. I recently put another of them on my Wish List.
