Roly Poly Clown

I'm working a little ahead right now, trying to get the rest of my bookmark and ornament obligations done so I can work on more personal stitching again.

This is my November ornament for charity.

Pamela Kellogg uses wonderful shading in her charts. This has about five shades of pink and four shades of green. The lovely shading makes the piece look 3-D.

I didn't have the Kreinik braids called for in the pattern, so substituted with some of the DMC stranded metallics. The metallics are used in the hair, hat pompom, hat fur trim and buttons.
