 I'm a few months behind in stitching my bookmarks and ornaments for charity, so thought I'd catch up by doing some simple pieces. My goal is to stitch one bookmark and one ornament per month in 2007. This is July's bookmark! This first pattern that I chose was a freebie that I found on the "interwebs" by IHLE-Design. I enjoy single color stitching and Assisi work, so combined the two to create this piece. I chose to use DMC 991, this lovely blue-green shade.
