I made this bookmark as part of a group project. One of my favorite Yahoo! Groups that I belong to, 2MuchXS, decided to stitch an outreach project. We are creating bookmarks that will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

I chose this chart from my stash. It was a freebie that I received with a stash shipment. The design is charted for Weeks Dye Works threads on Nordic Blue Jobelan. Instead, I chose some bright DMC colors and used a scrap of Fiddler's Cloth. I backed the bookmark with a scrap of autumnal fabric from my quilting stash.

One of the things I love about small projects like bookmarks is my ability to use up bits and pieces of things on hand and end up with a work of needleart.
