Woodland Christmas Candle

Woodland Christmas Candle by Heart in Hand
Here's the seventh in the series of ornaments from Heart in Hand's leaflet called Woodland Christmas.

I played with the colors again on this ornament. I used DMC 3046 for the candle instead of the brownish color called for in the chart. I also used a variegated floss for the flame, DMC 108 Yellow Orange.

Finally I added some red seed beads for the berries that are nestled in the holly at the base of the candle.

For the background, I chose a simple dark red with a small off-white dot.

Others in the series:
*   Tree
*   Noel
*   Bird
*   Poinsettia
*   Star
*   Snowman
