I found this design as an online freebie on a website that's written in Portuguese:

You'll need to dig a bit to get to the pattern, though:
1.   Go to this page: http://www2.uol.com.br/agulhadeouro/motivos/extra.htm
2.   Click on the selection list
3.   Look for Ediçao 93. You'll get a pop-up window with the pattern in it.
4.   Use Ctrl + P to print the pattern ... or right mouse click and choose "Print Picture."
