I found this motif when I was browsing the web and came across the At River's End website. The chart was on their "Corrections" page. It's a motif from one of their charts for sale, I Hold You In My Heart.

I printed the motif thinking it would make a cute, quick, stylized bookmark. I chose the colors myself:
DMC 101     Leaves
DMC 048     Flower Petals and Edging

I used a yellow bead for the center of the flower. I did the edging with the Nun's Stitch.

Simple and effective, don't you think?

If you'd like to learn how to make the Nun's Stitch, read the page in Needlework 101 called Nun's Stitch.
