This is the third in a series of ornaments I picked up while on vacation in Alaska in 2001. Isn't he a cutie?

I used some 14ct tan aida from my stash this time. Our EGA chapter had a garage sale, and one of the members got rid of all her aida. I was the lucky buyer.

Though I enjoy stitching on linens and evenweaves, I find that for quick projects that don't require a lot of time or thought, aida is still my fabric of choice. It requires less concentration!
