Snowflake Gift Tag

Snowflake Gift Tag
Treetrunk Designs had a freebie "Snowflake Gift Tag" pattern available to print from their website. I took the challenge!

I stitched the tag on some 18ct gray aida in my stash, using the DMC metallic gold that looks like the weight of #5 perle coton. It was sort of a thick fiber choice for the fabric.

My quilt group is having a gift exchange. My friend Su, who introduced me to this group, is the name I picked for the gift exchange. I bought her a pretty glass ornament from Pier 1, and decided to stitch her a gift tag since she's also an EGA member and would appreciate the stitched gesture.
