This little project is this adorable little Giraffe from Simply Old Fashioned. I'll be keeping this stitchery for myself. My giraffe collection is expanding!

This chart stitched up easily in one night because it uses only three fibers:

The silk was fun to stitch with. It's an overdyed silk, which give the color variations as you stitch along. And since the giraffe is stitched in blocks of color, the chart was made in a way that was very easy to follow ... basically an outline that you fill in with a block of color.

For a little guy, this giraffe has the most expressive face! He makes me laugh every time I look at him!
