This feathered tassel was fun and quick to make, and a welcome ending to the tassel course. I like that this tassel has a head/collar combination, with just the feathers sticking out of the big bead. It looks like a miniature feather duster to me.
It's fun and cute … and hard to keep away from my kids! They like to tickle each other with it.
